In order to launch any cosmetic product on the market you must register your goods on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) (article 13).

This is an electronic notification platform and CPNP portal registration makes this information available electronically to the competent authorities (for the purposes of market surveillance, market analysis, evaluation and consumer information)
